At the centre of our service offering is an integrated project management approach, where different elements of economic development initiatives, same that tend to be complex and multi-faceted with competing priorities and stakeholder interests, are effectively coordinated, monitored and managed, ensuring delivery of the desired outcomes.

Our Team

Founding Shareholder
Having lived in different parts of sub-Saharan Africa, the company’s founding shareholder has a deep understanding of elements that must be considered to successfully implement programmes on the Continent.
A qualified Industrial Psychologist with a Master’s Degree from one of Africa’s leading universities, Maidei has over 20 years of career experience, most of which has been spent working on economic development programmes in both the private and public sector in Africa. She is passionate about enhancing Africa’s economic development potential and is a supporter of initiatives that aim to create sustainable economic development and opportunities that can progress Africa’s growth agenda.
